Friendship Shipping Systems
The FriendShip® “PS” Package Shipping System is a Windows® based,
multi-carrier shipping automation system that supports new shipping industry trends such as
electronic manifesting, EDI transmission of package level detail (PLD), custom compliance labeling,
2-D MaxiCode & PDF-417 bar codes, information systems integration, and multiple carrier “rates &
services” comparison. FriendShip® “PS” is a single station, stand-alone, turnkey system which can
easily be adapted specifically to your shipping department needs by adding various software
functionality via add-on carrier rates, features, electronic manifesting modules, and peripherals.
Systems are available in an economical 400 Series or a more advanced 600 Series. FriendShip® "PS"
is a CSP Certified Solution by FedEx and
is UPS OnLine® Compatible.
FriendShip PS400
The FriendShip® PS400 Series Package Shipping System is designed for the low-volume shipper that would like to take advantage of the cost saving features of an automated shipping system. The system comes standard with the FriendShip® PS400 Series software, 400 Series PC-computer, standard computer keyboard, VGA color monitor, various sizes of remote scales, and report printer. The PS400 Series software includes basic UPS, USPS, FedEx, and RPS rates and services.
FriendShip PS 600
The FriendShip® PS600 Series Package Shipping System is designed with many more standard features plus add-on advanced software modules and host applications "integration" options to adapt our system to your more sophisticated shipping needs. The system comes standard with the FriendShip® PS600 Series software, 600 Series PC-computer, standard PC keyboard, VGA color monitor, 70lb, 150lb or 250lb commercial scales, high speed report printer, Windows®98 operating system, 56K internal modem, anti-virus protection software, and remote diagnostic software. The PS600 Series software includes basic UPS, RPS, FedEx, and USPS rates and services with options for DHL, Emery, Airborne and custom programmable rate keys to support local couriers or LTL's.
FriendShip PS600 Series software is MAC Certified by the USPS for mail manifesting and Delivery Confirmation Certified for electronic file processing. We also support USPS Work Sharing Discounts via the DBMC/ASF system. The FriendShip®PS600 Series is the perfect management tool for the medium to high volume shipper/mailer or for any shipping department with priority demands on accessing shipping and handling information daily.
