With Neopost's VersaMailer there's no need to maintain a separate system for flats. The VersaMailer handles it all, from the small envelopes to the large ones including inserting documents up to 5mm thick (the equivalent of 50 sheets). With VersaMailer you get the versatility you need for all your mailings.
You'll be pleased to learn that as the envelope and document size increases, the VersaMailer performance remains at respectable high levels. When processing #10 and 6"x9" envelopes, the VersaMailer churns out up to 4,000 folded, inserted and sealed envelopes per hour. For large flats and thick sets, the VersaMailer performs at a rare of up to 2,500 per hour. You'd need a huge 'can' of human inserters to live up to that kind of productivity

Advanced Yet Simple
While the VersaMailer makes full use of today's most advanced technology, it's surprisingly simple to operate. Nine job presets provide one-touch processing of the most widely used formats, and the advanced LCD control panel guides the user through every step. The display clearly explains key functions, shows system status messages, and provides quick updates on job progress - in multiple languages. Plus, statistical information can be gathered by department or by user-definable PIN numbers.
Add an optional Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) module for automatic processing of multiple page sets, that would normally have to be hand inserted. With OMR, the SI 90 VersaMailer can determine which documents get inserted into which envelopes, saving you time and tedious manual handling.
