Advanced Mail Accounting
The ST77's Advanced Mail Accounting option utilizes state-of-the-art technology to bring a new level of secure tracking and increased accuracy to your mailroom. The Advanced Mail Accounting option:
Tracks out going mail for charge-back to up to 500 departments or clients with an 8 digit numeric ID. In addition, departments can be grouped with a 4 digit location number.
Ensures accurate tracking of outgoing mail with department validation. For added security while not processing, simply set system to stand-by mode.
Sends data to host computer either real time or in batch mode.
Re-allocates postage to the correct department with the Error Correct function.
Allows for additional accounting data to be tracked through the user tracking field.
Includes 19 standard and 4 customizable reports.
Makes producing complete financial reports fast and easy with a report printer.
Offers an odd-on "Profit-pro" surcharge option for value-added services, so you can operate as a profit center.
The Advanced Mail Accounting option offers hard copy reports, and mail processing can be further speed up by adding the optional barcode reader.
